The chemiluminescence detection method requires the luminescence detection reagent. The commonly used luminescence detection reagents are AMPPD [CAS:122341-56-4], Lumino [CAS:521-31-3], APS-5 [193884-53-6]. , acridine ester, etc. However, APS-5 is the newest chemiluminescence substrate in China. Compared with AMPPD, Lumino, the luminescence speed is faster and the stability is stronger. High intensity chemiluminescence was produced by acridan (9 ~ 10-dihydroacridine) as substrate and alkaline phosphatase. In the process of chemiluminescence detection, it provides excellent sensitivity and ease of use for alkaline phosphatase coupling.
